How to conquer a test.
Tests…..we thought they were only for school but we find as adults we can’t get rid of them. Part of the preparation for officials is taking tests, whether for governing bodies (NCAA/CFO, IHSA, ect..) or for the conferences that we work for. Jeremy and Mike lead the discussion on how to prepare and ultimately succeed in taking these tests. We discuss, how to conquer tests and test questions.

Handling it the right way
One of the questions that officials often ask is, “how do I advance”? Listen to Dino Paganelli talk through his journey from high school official to current NFL official, COC position trainer and GLIAC coordinator of officials. We hear how it’s important to handle the journey the right way.
